First Lab U Homework.

Today's tutorial will connect the kinetic scheme considered in the Bayesian Filtering Tutorial, with a current based model.

The tutorial is the second one found here (Creating a channel from a kinetic scheme specification)

Their kinetic scheme is written in terms of rate constants, whereas ours was in terms of transition probabilities for a fixed time step.

Theirs depends on voltage (membrane potential) whereas ours was for one fixed voltage.

Homework V.1 Follow the instructions for the tutorial and paste your copy of the voltage-versus-time trace into your PowerPoint.

Homework V.2 Follow the instructions under "Comments 4." Drag the control points around, redo the plots and show me what you get with your PowerPoint.
